AhKeisha Gary comes to Reflections Counseling with a wealth of knowledge in business management and mental health billing practices. She earned her degree in organizational management and leadership from Bluefield University and has been working in this field for over twenty years. In addition to managing the day to day operations of Reflections Counseling, AhKeisha also owns her own mental health billing agency Virtuous Billing. AhKeisha is the voice and backbone of Reflections Counseling and is always ready to assist when needed. We are blessed to have her on our team.
My name is Kendria Pierce. I am a licensed professional counselor and certified EMDR therapist and EMDR Consultant in Training (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I've been in the mental health field for 18 years providing services in a variety of settings to include intensive in-home, inpatient psychiatric care and outpatient mental health. My specialty is working with individuals ages five and up with mood disorders (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder etc.), grief/loss, trauma and ADHD. I also provide Christian counseling for those who would like to include this in their therapeutic work. In addition, I am an approved clinical supervisor for LPC candidates. I also a consultant in training for EMDR and can provide up to 15 hours of consultation for therapists working towards certification.

Linda Geel offers support for those seeking couples counseling, parenting, grief counseling, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, communication and conflict resolution, gerontology and life issues, premarital counseling and PTSD/Trauma. Linda believes that relationship issues, anxiety, depression, conflict, and bad choices leave us feeling inadequate at best. We all need a listening ear, positivity, and reflected truth to restore a sense of hope while working toward genuine change and renewed confidence. Equipped with
multicultural experience in counseling, teaching, parenting guidance, and aging, Linda works with individuals with the goal to help them develop achievable success.
Tabitha Taylor is Resident in Counseling within the state of Virginia, and certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. Her educational background includes a Masters in Forensic Psychology with a concentration of diagnosis and assessment, and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has 8 years of diverse experience within the mental health field working with adults and children on a variety of mental health issues including: incarceration, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety disorders, sexuality, and sexual difficulties.
Her primary treatment approach is client centered treatment focusing on mindfulness and holistic practices with the belief that everyone has their own way of healing. She currently works within emergency services assisting in crisis intervention and mental health practices for law enforcement. Tabitha wishes to create a safe environment for anyone to be able to come in and collaborate on how to make one’s daily life fulfilling. She believes that coming to therapy is a personal journey that is client led with her role being merely a passenger.

Rich brings his wealth of experience and wisdom into the counseling room to help individuals resolve life issues. He works with a variety of issues and concerns including parenting, grief counseling, communication and conflict resolution, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, pornography, gerontology and life issues, military/veterans, PTSD/Trauma and anger management.
His desire is to help individuals thrive – not just survive, and to reach their maximum potential. Through his excellent listening skills, he enables clients to reframe issues and solve problems confidently. Rich has also completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) in order to enable resolutions to hidden problems.
